Family Vacation
Housekeeping is very friendly and helpful. They were quick to resolve any issues or concerns we had. Rooms were fairly clean (except for the 1st room we had that had a bad smell). Rooms were spacious enough. Wheelchair accessible - they have an elevator for wheelchairs.
Lady Receptionist is not friendly, all the details we wanted was already asked by this app - how many beds for specific room, yet she still asked and was confused with what we wanted. She kept speaking in their dialect when we already told her we couldn't understand. Took forever to get us checked in. Everything has to be asked for - hairdryer, water kettle, extra shampoo/soap (considering they were already informed ahead of time that we are staying for multiple nights). Our room had a bad smell, we had to request for a new room on our 2nd day. Only one elevator to service the whole building. Walls were thin, anything neighbors were doing can be heard through the walls. Despite all this, it was just fine as we spent most of the time out with family anyways.
